Never wonder again if you have locked your vehicle!

​With Remote Control you can check the locking status of your vehicle and lock or unlock the doors with a simple tap on your smartphone. You can also turn on the external lights and/or honk the horn of your Citroën to locate it.​

Choose your subscription

For all new vehicles equipped with a telematics box and ordered on or after July 1st 2023:
SOS&Assistance and Telemaintenance* services are included in the Connect ONE pack  which is already included in the vehicle price.
The Ë-Remote Control & Connected Navigation services are included in the Connect PLUS pack, which requires a specific subscription. Connect PLUS is available and included in the vehicle price for a period of 12 months from the warranty start date. After this trial period, Connect PLUS will be available as a paid service.        *Telemaintenance requires specific activation by the customer.

You can monitor from a distance whether your vehicle is locked. You can lock or unlock your Citroën with a simple tap on your smartphone.

Find your Citroën 

In case you don't remember where you parked your vehicle,  you can use MyCitroën  app and remotely turn on the lights of your Citroën to spot it in a crowded car park.​

If you prefer a sound alert, you can also activate your vehicle's horn.

Where can I use the service? ​

You can subscribe to the Remote Control service in any country where the service is available. Once activated, the service can also be used in a wider geographical area. ​
